A deluge a heavy rains from Hurricane Irene caused streams to overflow, and the rushing water from Esopus Creek caused extensive damage in the town of Shandaken. Dale Cole shows the final resting place, approximately 1/4 mile away, of his wife's car that was taken downstream by the rushing flood waters.
