The Town of Roscoe kicked off the trout fishing season by holding their First Cast celebration on Saturday morning, April 2, despite the season starting the day before. Johannes Mason, 10 years-old, from Coventry, was the youngest fisherman present at the festivities, and is preparing his rod before he wades into the water.
